We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Executive Assistant to join our team. The Executive Assistant will provide administrative support to our executive team and play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our business.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage executive's schedule by coordinating meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements

- Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, and reports

- Act as a liaison between the executive team and internal/external stakeholders

- Screen and prioritize incoming calls and emails, and respond appropriately

- Conduct research and compile data for various projects and reports

- Maintain confidential information and handle sensitive matters with discretion

- Organize and maintain files and records

- Assist with event planning and coordination

- Manage expense reports and process invoices

- Handle any other administrative tasks as assigned by the executive team

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field

- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong organizational and time-management skills

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software

- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively

- Proven experience maintaining confidentiality

- Strong attention to detail

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Professional and positive attitude
