Job Description
CRD Careers has partnered with a leader in the Healthcare/Health Services industry in their search for an Executive Assistant in Geneva, NY.
The Job You Will Perform:
- Provides administrative support to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO), Corporate Compliance Officer, and other Directors in the Finance Division.
- Manages day-to-day office management for the Fiscal Services and Revenue Cycle Services departments.
- Manages arrangements, prepares board portal and PowerPoint presentations for monthly Board Audit & Finance Committee meetings. Coordinates scheduling, food service arrangements, and special needs. Generates and maintains files for reports and minutes.
- Prepares all correspondence and reports for the CFO, Controller, Sr. Director of Revenue Cycle Services, Director of Budget & Reimbursement, and the division as requested. Composes and edits correspondence. Provides research for projects, surveys, and applications.
- Prepares agendas, maintains reports and audit documents for Corporate Compliance Committee meetings, and supports the Corporate Compliance Officer in other compliance-related activities. Tracks and maintains a file of Business Associate Agreements.
- Maintains & manages schedules for the CFO, Controller, Sr. Director of Revenue Cycle Services, Director of Budget & Reimbursement, and other Directors in the Finance Division. Analyzes incoming mail & emails to determine significance, distribution, and follow-up. Answers phone and screens/directs incoming calls promptly and efficiently.
- Develops and maintains department records and files to ensure timely and accurate access to required financial information. Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
The Qualifications, Skills, and Knowledge You Will Bring:
- Strong Excel skills with the ability to use Excel for reporting and presenting data.
- 2+ to 5 years of direct administrative assistant experience.
- Associate's Degree in business or a related field is required.
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Experience with corporate compliance is a plus.
