As the Executive Assistant, you will play a critical role supporting an assigned senior leader or team. You'll be responsible for a variety of duties, including handling complex calendars, arranging travel, preparing meeting agendas and working with the assigned leader to handle all communications including responding on behalf of the Executive. What you'll do on a typical day:

• Compose and prepare high-profile correspondence, presentations and spreadsheets
• Create and prepare various documents, expense reports, organizational charts, distribution lists, files and other materials as necessary
• Coordinate travel, events, and executive attendance for events, including travel arrangements, dinners, etc.
• Handle administration for assigned SharePoint sites
• Provide an excellent level of customer service to employees and visitors

At a minimum, you'll need:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent related work or military experience
• 1 or more years of experience in an administrative or executive support role
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
• Demonstrated ability to effectively multitask and meet deadlines

• An eye for detail, meticulous grammar and tons of creativity
• Ability to maintain confidentiality surrounding company materials and information
• Highly organized work style with excellent interpersonal skills
• A "no job is too big or too small" attitude
