Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-level administrative support to executives, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
- Prepare and organize documents, presentations, and reports for meetings and conferences.
- Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and follow-up on action items.
- Manage confidential information with discretion and integrity.
- Assist in project management by tracking deadlines, deliverables, and progress updates.
- Coordinate logistics for corporate events, meetings, and team-building activities.
- Maintain filing systems and databases, ensuring information is accurate and easily accessible.
- Handle special projects and ad-hoc assignments as required.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred.
- 3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably in the oil & gas or a related industry.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and experience with project management tools.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High level of professionalism and ability to work independently.
- Familiarity with the oil & gas industry is a plus.
