We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support the President of Media Sales. This role is ideal for someone with significant experience providing comprehensive support to C-Suite Executives or higher, particularly in Media Sales. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a thorough understanding of travel logistics, and the ability to anticipate the executive's needs while managing both daily tasks and larger projects.
Responsibilities
The base range for this contract position is $25-27/per hour, depending on experience.
Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hires of this position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support the President of Media Sales. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a thorough understanding of travel logistics, and the ability to anticipate the executive's needs while managing both daily tasks and larger projects.
Responsibilities
- Provide executive-level support to the President of Media Sales, including managing schedules, travel logistics, and communications.
- Anticipate the needs of the executive and handle tasks proactively.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and ground transportation.
- Manage complex calendars, ensuring efficient scheduling and prioritization of meetings and events.
- Assist with preparing presentations, reports, and other materials for executive meetings.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders on behalf of the executive.
- Take initiative on both routine tasks and large projects, ensuring deadlines are met.
- 8-10 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, supporting C-Suite Executives or higher.
- Strong understanding of travel logistics and ability to manage complex travel itineraries.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to anticipate needs and be proactive in handling tasks and projects.
- Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven experience with calendar management and executive scheduling.
- Team player with a positive attitude and strong initiative.
