Executive Assistant I
The Executive Assistant in this role will initially work part-time (20hrs/week) to support two Vice Presidents on the client Ventures team and will ramp up to 30hrs/week in mid-to-late January/early February to support two additional Ventures Vice Presidents that will be returning from parental leave. This colleague will be instrumental in the team s organization and ensuring compliance across team operations.
Job Qualifications
" 2-5 years of previous experience as an Executive Assistant and familiarity with office management and team administration
" Strong compass for using discretion and maintaining confidentiality
" Motivated, proactive team player with strong initiative, organizational, administrative, and interpersonal skills
" Strong attention to detail with Client on accuracy, quality and timeliness
" Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and work within deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
" Ability to interact effectively and diplomatically with executives and Executive Assistants across the organization and externally
" Solid verbal and written communication skills (via phone, email, and in-person)
" Proficiency using MS Office including Word, Excel and PowerPoint, as well as internal AXP (or related) tools and systems Outlook, Ariba, Concur, Payroll and myHR
