As the Executive Assistant to the Facilities and Security VP, you will provide administrative and customer service support to the FMSO. We are seeking a proactive, service-oriented individual that can thrive in a fast-paced environment. This role requires strong attention to detail, organizational skills, the ability to work independently as well as in a team environment, and superb communication skills.

Responsibilities:
Internal/External customer service, including greeting and announcing clients, applicants and visitors.
Assists with scheduling and preparing meeting and conference rooms.
Coordinates setup of conference/meetings rooms.
Assists with catering for meetings and events.
Reviews invoices to arrange billing to the appropriate department or business unit.
Provides administrative support as needed to the VP of Facilities, Maintenance, and Security and their direct reports.
Ability to earn trust, maintain positive and professional relationships, and contribute to a culture of inclusion.
Coordinate company level meeting events with other executive support staff.
Plan leadership and team building events.
Participates as a team member for various initiatives and projects.
Qualifications:
5+ years of administrative experience in reception, concierge, customer service, operations or hospitality environment, to include significant focus on supporting senior leaders.
Highschool diploma or equivalent
Strong attention to detail and ability to uphold the highest level of integrity, confidentiality and business professionalism.
Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office Suite, to include calendar management expertise.
Ability to be flexible with work schedule (6:00am - 5:00pm). Overtime required as necessary to support team needs.
Ability to travel to support FMSO wide support activities at other locations.
Ability to earn trust, maintain positive and professional relationships, and contribute to a culture of inclusion.
Must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident (current Green Card holder), or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee or granted asylum.
Compensation Range for:
WA applicants is $35.45-$49.63
Other site ranges may differ
