Executive Assistant

Interviewing ASAP!!

Hours:

Hiring for first shift! Must be flexible to work Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm.

**Hybrid role after training- MUST be willing to commute to Dearborn, MI 3 days per week!!

Must haves:



+ 3-5 years of Senior Level Administrative Assistant or Executive Assistant roles, assisting C-Suite level management


+ Excellent verbal & written communication


+ Proficient with various software systems including Microsoft Office


+ Must have previous experience assisting with travel/booking accommodations
