The Executive Assistant is responsible for performing a range of support duties.
What you'll do:
- Record meeting minutes, track action items, and conduct follow-up with all parties
- Assist with writing summaries and preparing presentations and spreadsheets utilizing Microsoft Office
- Set up conference calls and meetings through a variety of tools
- Coordinate onsite and offsite meetings including arranging meeting rooms, lunches, dinners, group transportation, etc.
- Assist with the collection and analysis of data
What it takes to be successful in this role:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 2-4 years experience supporting an Executive required
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to be highly confidential
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment with shifting priorities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to plan, organize, and complete a variety of projects within established standards, objectives and time frames
