Executive Assistant - PrideStaff

Job Summary

The employee will work alongside and report directly to the company president as the Assistant to the President.  The role of the assistant is to help the president focus on critical customer interactions and projects by handling their day to day responsibilities.  Success in this position involves a high degree of collaboration, independent thinking, attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Flexibility is also required as the job requirements could shift over time.

This Assistant to the President   

Primary Responsibilities

• Daily review and organization of email
• Developing and writing business operating procedures
• Identifying and evaluating business tools
• Scheduling
• Keeping current projects organized
• Expense reports
• Weekly reports
• Document preparation and management
• Interfacing with clients and vendors
• Proficient with social media
• Misc errands

Skills Required

• 3 + years executive assistant experience 
• Excellent communication skills (including via phone)
• Proficient with computers and applications
  • word processing & spreadsheets
  • Driven and self-motivated
• Willingness to learn
• Highly organized
• Detail oriented
