Duties and Responsibilities:
- Ideal candidate will have 7+ years of experience in an Executive Assistant role supporting C-Level Executives.
- Provide administrative support to C-Level Executives
- Manage calendars
- Organize virtual and in-person meetings
- Reserve conference rooms
- Prioritize emails and phone calls
- Perform other administrative tasks as needed
- Maintain confidentiality involving sensitive matters
