We are on the lookout for an energetic and organized Executive Assistant/Medical Staff Coordinator to support our medical staff and administration. What You’ll Do:

• Coordinate and manage the schedules, tasks, and communications for our medical staff and executive team.
• Prepare and organize meetings, including documenting minutes and following up on action items.
• Support credentialing operations for medical staff, ensuring compliance with hospital policies and regulations.
• Enable seamless communication between medical staff and hospital administration.
• Assist in special projects and initiatives that enhance the effectiveness of our healthcare delivery.

Requirements

Who You Are:

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business, or related field preferred.
• Previous experience as an executive assistant or in a medical staff coordination role is highly desirable.
• Exceptional organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with diverse teams.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with healthcare information systems is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain discretion in sensitive matters.
