Position Overview:
Twine Chart is seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support our executive team in Miami, FL. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a wide range of administrative and executive support tasks, ensuring the efficient and effective operation of the executive office. This role requires a high level of professionalism, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Salary Range:
$52.500 - $69.000 per year.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-level administrative support to the executive team, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
- Serve as the primary point of contact between the executives and internal/external stakeholders.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
- Assist with the planning and execution of company events, meetings, and conferences.
- Manage and prioritize incoming communications, including emails, phone calls, and other requests.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
- Coordinate and facilitate executive team meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role supporting senior executives.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
- High level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
