You are:
- High school diploma required; advanced degree or certifications preferred.
- 5-7 years supporting senior leadership.
- Proven experience as an executive assistant or similar role.
- Excellent planning, organization, and time management skills.
- Ability to multitask, work independently, and prioritize.
- Maintains discretion and confidentiality.
- Strong attention to detail with exceptional communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Visio, Outlook).
- Intermediate Excel skills required.
- Experience with Tableau or Power BI is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage key administrative tasks and maintain confidential information.
- Maintain leadership team schedules and coordinate meetings.
- Draft and distribute confidential correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Assemble and distribute reports, ensuring timely and accurate information flow.
- Manage meeting agendas, minutes, and action items.
- Research, analyze data, and generate reports, presentations, and spreadsheets.
- Coordinate presentations, events, and information dissemination.
- Attend meetings, take notes, and distribute summaries.
- Handle bank reconciliations and wire instructions.
- Answer phone calls, greet guests, and manage inquiries.
- Sort and distribute emails, mail, and team correspondence.
- Organize files and maintain office supply inventory.
