Adecco is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to our client’s senior leadership team. This role requires a proactive, organized, and detail-oriented individual who can thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications:
+ 5+ years of experience supporting senior-level executives
+ Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills
+ Strong organizational and time management skills
+ Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
+ Strong attention to detail

Responsibilities:
+ Provide high-level administrative support, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and expense reporting.
+ Handle complex scheduling, including international travel and visa processing.
+ Draft and proofread correspondence, reports, and presentations.
+ Manage incoming and outgoing communications, including email and phone calls.
+ Coordinate meetings, conferences, and events, both internal and external.
+ Assist with project management and tracking.
+ Maintain confidential information and records.
+ Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations.
Pay Details: $37.04 per hour
