Client Overview:
Our client, a well-known and growing advertising agency is in search of a sharp and polished Executive Assistant to support their CEO. The company is expanding at a fast pace, and they are looking for someone who can hit the ground running while working alongside their extremely busy CEO. This position is temp to perm.
Salary/Hourly Rate:
$80k – $100k
Position Overview:
The ideal candidate will have experience as a high-level Executive Assistant and have the ability to act as a team player in a collaborative and creative environment. The Executive Assistant must be extremely organized, articulate, proactive, and have superb writing and critical thinking skills. They also must be enthusiastic about working in a dynamic team environment with a creative and fast-moving culture.
Responsibilities of the Executive Assistant:
- The Executive Assistant will serve as the primary point of contact for the CEO’s administrative needs.
- Coordinate complex domestic and international travel arrangements, ensuring all logistics are handled efficiently.
- Manage an ever-changing calendar with precision, prioritizing appointments and commitments effectively.
- Schedule and organize a variety of internal and external meetings, facilitating communication and follow-up.
- Screen telephone calls, directing them appropriately and ensuring timely responses.
- The Executive Assistant will assist in planning and executing company events and special projects as needed.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence, demonstrating a high level of attention to detail.
- Collaborate with other team members to support company initiatives and foster a positive work environment.
Qualifications for the Executive Assistant:
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office including expert PowerPoint skills.
- Proven ability to work effectively within a team-oriented and entrepreneurial environment.
- The Executive Assistant must be creative and enjoy working within an entrepreneurial environment that is mission-driven, results-driven, and team-oriented.
- Experience in the advertising or creative industry is highly preferred.
- Ability to thrive under pressure and adapt to a fast-paced work environment.
- The Executive Assistant will ideally have at least one year of experience supporting a high-level executive.
Education Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree is required.
