Responsibilities This is an exciting opportunity to join the growing and dynamic Risk team at Moodys. As Executive Assistant to the Chief Risk Officer, this role has responsibility for supporting a senior executive at Moodys who is on a mission to grow and scale our Risk Management function. This role demands exceptional multitasking abilities, a firm grasp of the MS Office suite, and a proactive approach to leveraging new and emerging technologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. About the team The Risk Team at Moodys is responsible for identifying, analyzing, evaluating and addressing potential risks that could adversely impact our operations, assets or reputation. The team not only seeks to mitigate identified risks but also to prioritize them based on their potential impact and likelihood, enabling organizations to allocate resources efficiently and maintain operational resilience. Through tools such as risk assessments, mitigation strategies, and continuous monitoring, the risk management function at Moodys helps to minimize losses, safeguard stakeholders' interests, and enhance decision-making processes. |
For US-based roles only: the anticipated hiring base salary range for this position is [[$78,500 - [[$113,750, depending on factors such as experience, education, level, skills, and location. This range is based on a full-time position. In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for incentive compensation. Moodys also offers a competitive benefits package, including not but limited to medical, dental, vision, parental leave, paid time off, a 401(k) plan with employee and company contribution opportunities, life, disability, and accident insurance, a discounted employee stock purchase plan, and tuition reimbursement.
