Job DescriptionNBCUniversal is seeking an Executive Assistant for its Creative Partnerships Team. The team is NBCU Advertising Sales’ creative hub, overseeing the development and execution of multi-network, multi-platform creative marketing, media and content solutions for advertisers. This role will support two Senior Vice Presidents who directly supervise marketing, creative and strategic functions across the entire NBCUniversal portfolio.
We work from a central premise of “what can we do that others can’t?”, combining world-class creative with the power of our vast portfolio to be a premium one-stop shop for advertisers. We offer direct access to our content and our talent, along the innovative means of distribution across all our properties. And we have the best creative minds doing it.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Administrative support: calendar management, book travel and process expenses
- Execute department projects related to furthering the creation of commercial content, events and media plans
- Organize internal meetings of a team of around 125 enthusiastic, fun, creative professionals
- Organize external meetings with high-level executives ranging from studio heads to the Chairman of Ad Sales and the CEO of the company
- Help create an uplifting atmosphere of collaboration by planning events such as client dinners, departmental lunches, and group offsite
- Oversee and update online library of programming materials and sales collateral
- Drive status reporting and tracking
- Advocate for the team by developing positive relationships across the organization, from sales executives, network teams, and administrative support teams to creative teams., IT and facilities teams.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years prior relevant experience, supporting senior executives
- Exceptional communication skills (verbal and written) and strong interpersonal skills
- MS Office proficiency - Outlook/Word/Excel/PowerPoint
- Experience using travel and expense software
- Ability to successfully multi-task and meet deadlines
- We need a problem solver who uses initiative and resourcefulness to meet ends

Requirements:
- Willingness to travel and work overtime, and on weekends with short notice
- Must be willing to work hybrid onsite in New York
- Must be 18 years or older
Hybrid: This position has been designated as hybrid, generally contributing from the office a minimum of three days per week.
This position is eligible for company sponsored benefits, including medical, dental and vision insurance, 401(k), paid leave, tuition reimbursement, and a variety of other discounts and perks.
