About the Job
•This is not your typical Executive Assistant. Our client needs someone articulate, and familiar with supporting executives at the highest levels.
•The candidate should come from financial institutions to have the experience that agendas change last minute to meet banking priorities and client demands.
•Arranges global travel (multiple time zones/third parties/Visa’s)
•Advanced MS Office suite.
•Ability to pull and provide decks ahead of client meetings, debrief/summarize MD before any meeting.
•Ability to quickly adapt and prioritize.
•Multi-tasker, analytical mindset, passionate about the banking industry, appreciates and embraces confidentiality/privacy.
•Highly professional and commits to strictly business throughout the workday. This is not 9 to 5. They need to be flexible on hours.
•At times there are onsite dinner meetings, and the Executive Assistant stays to coordinate or assist with any logistics, etc.
•When the Director travels, the Executive Assistant can work remotely.
•Initially, through the first month or two, we should be onsite 5 days per week.
•Can learn “who is who” quickly.
•Willing & capable of picking up additional responsibilities (COS-type tasks).
