Job Title: Executive Admin Assistant
Job Type: Full-time, Contract to Hire
Location: O’Fallon, IL
Hours: Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm
Rate of Pay: $22.00

Responsibilities of Executive Admin Assistant:
- Provides high-level administrative support to leadership
- Set up meeting including: ordering food, creating agendas and other information
- Oversees office employees to ensure high productivity
- Provides admin assistance such as writing and editing emails, preparing communications and drafting documents
- Send out payment reminder invoices and create payment arrangements
- Maintains comprehensive and accurate records
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements for Executive Admin Assistant
- 3-5 years of experience in a similar role
- Must be an exceptional multi-tasker
- Must be able to work under little to no supervision
- Must have strong knowledge of Microsoft Office 365
- Must have strong attention to detail
- Must have strong & accurate typing skills
- Must have strong customer service skills
