Salary Range: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour

Responsibilities
Office Management: Oversee daily office operations, ensuring a well-organized and efficient workspace.
Executive Support: Provide administrative assistance to the agency owner, including scheduling meetings and managing correspondence.
Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for communication within the office and with external partners.
Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records and documentation, ensuring compliance with company policies.
Event Coordination: Organize and coordinate company events and meetings, creating an engaging atmosphere for all participants.
Customer Interaction: Assist with client inquiries and serve as a welcoming presence during their visits to our office.
Requirements
- Fast paced: You will need to be able to switch gears quickly between answering the phone, transfering calls to licensed agents, and repsonding to emails/text
- Digital: You will need to be great at using different technology and tool. For example, using docusign, adobe pro, slack, hubspot, salesforce, google sheets, ringcentral are just some of the tools/tech that you will be using, so you will need to quickly learn how to be great at leveraging these tools
- Organized: Not only will you be directly supporting the agency owner, but you will help keep the team organized by assigning tasks and following up on to-do that other members of the team are responsible for
