Compensation: $100,000 - $120,000 base + bonus

Position Overview
This is a newly created role to support the growth of our U.S
office
We’re looking for an experiencedOffice Manager & Executive Assistantto oversee daily office operations and provide executive support to the Chief Medical Officer
This position is ideal for a proactive individual who thrives in a dynamic environment and is comfortable handling a range of responsibilities, from office management to executive assistance.
Key Responsibilities
Facility Management
Act as the primary point of contact for the Lexington office, overseeing lease agreements, vendor contracts, and general office upkeep.
Manage office operations, including maintenance, supplies, budget, and vendor relationships.
Partner with HR and IT to maintain a productive and efficient office environment.
Operations Support
Handle incoming calls, direct queries, and support leadership in information tracking and reporting.
Coordinate practical onboarding for new staff, including setting up workspaces, IT setup, and office orientation.
Team Meetings & Events
Organize and facilitate onsite and offsite meetings and events, handling logistics, travel, and vendor coordination.
Provide support for team gatherings, ensuring all necessary arrangements are in place.
Executive Administrative Support
Arrange travel, manage calendar logistics, support offsite planning, and handle expense reports for executive team members.
Qualifications
5+ years of experience in office management, facilities, or executive assistance, ideally within a biotech or startup environment.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and handle sensitive information.
