Summary / Objective:
Klickly is seeking an intelligent, organized, and highly-motivated “A-Player” to support Founder and CEO in both professional and personal capacities.. This role is a fast-paced, exciting job that is perfect for aspiring Project Managers, or up-and-coming Chiefs of Staff. Candidate should have 1-3 years supporting an executive (or project-managing intricate initiatives across a large organization), should have at least a 4-year degree (Business degree preferred) and learn fast on a 1-time-told basis. Organization and a deep love of project trackers are a must!
Essential functions:
- Manage and organize the founder's calendar, appointments, and meetings.
- Handle email correspondence and communication on behalf of the founder
- Coordinate and prepare materials for meetings and presentations
- Conduct research and compile reports as needed
- Assist with personal tasks such as travel arrangements, household management, and event planning
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. Perform other administrative tasks as required.
Desired experience and skills:
- Business degree from 4-year university
- Proven experience an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant.
- Ability to work in-person 1-3 days a week in the Triangle Region
- Experience project-managing multiple simultaneous projects efficiently and effectively
- Ability to generate high quality comms & content (written and visual)
- Flawless organizational, communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent Microsoft Excel, and Google Docs / GSuite management skills
- Ability to prioritize and handle multiple assignments at any given time
- High level of discretion and confidentiality.
