Responsibilities

• Knowledge of FMLS & GAMLS
• Maintain team lead’s schedule
• Communicate with our listing and buyer clients
• Prepare listing presentations and CMA’s
• Organize and respond to team lead’s correspondence
• Organize and Manage client events
• Manage our listings and weekly client updates
• Prepare all marketing mailings
• Answer client inquiries and problem solve around our real estate transactions
• Knowledge of Dotloop and KW command to process transactions
• Maintain supplies, office equipment and software
