Vaco Atlanta is working with an impressive company in the Buckhead area of Atlanta, GA area in their search for an Executive Assistant to support the Operations President. This is a DIRECT HIRE position. Candidates to be considered must live in the Atlanta, GA area since in-office work will be required.
Job Requirements:
- MUST have 5+ years of EA experience in a corporate environment, preferably supporting the President or other Executive Leaders.
- Must be skilled at heavy calendar management and complex travel arrangements.
- Prior experience handling the preparation and planning of Board meetings, including travel arrangements, is strongly preferred.
- Must have experience screening phone calls.
- Must possess strong verbal & written communication skills to handle routine correspondence.
- Must be polished, professional and maintain confidentiality at all times.
- Excellent attention to detail is required.
- Excellent technical skills are REQUIRED, especially in all Microsoft Office applications, especially Outlook and PowerPoint.

- the individual’s skill sets, experience and training;

With that said, as required by local law, Vaco believes that the following salary range referenced above reasonably estimates the base compensation for an individual hired into this position in geographies that require salary range disclosure. The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
