Job Summary: The C-Suite Executive Assistant provides high-level administrative support to the executive team, including the CEO, CFO, COO, and other senior leaders. This role requires exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills to manage complex schedules, facilitate cross-departmental collaboration, and handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality. The ideal candidate will be proactive, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Calendar Management: Schedule and maintain executives' calendars, ensuring efficient time management.
• Meeting Coordination: Organize and prepare for meetings by drafting agendas and gathering necessary documents.
• Communication Management: Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
• Travel Arrangements: Coordinate domestic and international travel.
• Expense Reporting: Prepare and submit expense reports for the executives.
• Document Management: Assist in preparing and reviewing documents, and maintaining confidentiality.
• Project Management: Support executives with special projects.
• Liaison Role: Serve as a liaison between the executives and other departments.
• Event Planning: Coordinate team meetings, conferences, and other executive events.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an executive assistant or similar role supporting C-level executives.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• High level of discretion and confidentiality.
• Proficiency in office software (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace) and calendar management tools.
