About the Job
- Works with many departments and divisions at the client site and across many different time zones so flexibility with scheduling meetings, etc., is required
- Managing meetings, booking meeting space, managing expense reports, and building relationships with high-level leadership and their Executive Assistants
- Eventually, this contractor will be expected to anticipate the SVP's needs, prepare materials for meetings, ask high level questions, etc.
- May be a couple of rounds of interviews but at least one interview with the VP who will oversee the role
- Screen incoming calls and create a running call sheet
- Schedule meetings and maintain meeting schedules
- Complete expense reports
- Make travel arrangements
- Maintain weekly retail circulars
- Organize, maintain and update files
- Distribute mail and faxes in a timely manner
- Facilitate order and delivery of product requests
- Participate in team and department special projects
- Maintain and distribute department documents
- Keep the office organized by creating binders, folders, files, etc.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience is preferred
- 5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant supporting high-level leadership is preferred
- Professional and mature and carry themselves
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
