Role Description

We are currently seeking a part-time Executive Assistant for a fully remote role (US only). This role will report to the VP of Finance and will require approximately 20 hours per week. This Executive Assistant will support the daily administrative functions for the CEO, help streamline office management, as well as oversee and facilitate events.

Responsibilities:  

• Provide administrative support to the CEO; including calendar management, travel arrangements, and expense management 
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of both office locations (Cambridge, MA and San Mateo, CA); acting as a virtual office manager for tasks like deliveries, office badge access, and vendor management 
• Act as the point of contact for team members, clients, and external vendors for event coordination and communications

Qualifications:  

• 1+ years experience providing administrative support or experience as an Executive Assistant 
• Strong proficiency with MS Office Suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel)
• Proficiency with additional workplace software, such as Zoom, Slack, and Rippling 
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills 
• Ability to prioritize tasks and attention to detail

• Compensation up to $25/hr depending on location and experience
