Salary: $65.00 USD Hourly - $70.00 USD Hourly

This is a W2 contract with potential for hire 

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support our CEO. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and capable of juggling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation of executive activities and will require exceptional communication and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive administrative support to the CEO, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and preparing correspondence.
• Coordinate and organize complex travel itineraries, meetings, and events.
• Prepare and edit PowerPoint presentations, reports, and other documents as required.
• Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
• Manage confidential information with the utmost discretion.
• Handle special projects as assigned by the CEO.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Exceptional organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
