About the Job
We're seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to join a highly skilled startup team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in a dynamic, fast-paced startup or similar environment. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of day-to-day activities and providing support to our team members. This role initially reports to the CEO, will support the executive leadership team, and is an excellent opportunity to gain exposure and grow within Business Operations.
Location:
This is a full-time, predominantly remote position based in the Portland, Oregon metropolitan area, with periodic in-person work events. Up to 10%-20% flexible travel to major conferences and events may be required. Drug Hunter is an Equal Opportunity Employer Vets / Minorities / Women / Disabled.

Key Responsibilities:
- Executive Support
- Proactively anticipate needs and manage schedule, travel, and communications
- Maintain files, records, and standard operating procedures
- Prepare reports, correspondence, and presentations
- Operations Coordination
- Act as a point-of-contact for institutional knowledge, guiding, educating, and helping colleagues learn best practices, including for internal software tools
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure smooth workflow and process optimization
- Assist in managing special projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality
- Administrative Duties & Events Coordination
- Coordinate meetings such as interviews, team meetings, and webinars
- Handle office management tasks such as ordering supplies
- Coordinate interviews, team meetings, webinars, onboarding & offboarding
- Coordinate domestic & international events, including sales site visits, conference travel, symposia, and internal and external events
Success Factors:
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- 3+ years of experience in a fast-paced environment
- Strong interpersonal & communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
