This Executive Assistant will be responsible for handling confidential information and maintaining professionalism in dealing with senior executives. Role responsibilities include managing multiple complex calendars, planning and organizing events of all sizes, and coordinating domestic and international travel. This candidate will help build a positive team environment and establish working relationships inside and outside of the group. Key job responsibilities - Management of complex calendar and scheduling to support teams in multiple locations - Manage domestic and international travel - Manage expense report coordination and submission - Organize, execute, and assist with team activities (staff meeting agendas, all-hands meetings, off-sites, and team social events) - Trac- Ensure the timely completion of critical tasks and follow up on outstanding matters.- Ensure the timely completion of critical tasks and follow up on outstanding matters. as a liaison for direct reports - Work closely with the leadership team, program managers, recruiting, and other Executive Assistants to provide support to the organization - Help to develop & maintain new mechanisms within the team - Have fun at work and help others do the same A day in the life The successful candidate must be able to communicate well with a positive team environment and take swift, effective action whilst proactively solving complex problems with little to no guidance. The position requires the ability to work successfully within a fast-paced team environment, build effective working relationships, maintain a comprehensive awareness of the organization and become the "go-to" person for support activities. Ability to handle confidential information and maintaining professionalism in dealing with Leadership Team Members. The base pay for this position ranges from $66,800/year in our lowest geographic market up to $142,800/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
