We have an immediate need for a sharp, entrepreneurial-spirited individual who will be supporting Project Management team. This is a fully onsite role (M-F) in downtown Ft. Worth.

Job Details
Is your background a fit?
* Bachelor's degree (REQUIRED)
* Excellent MS Office skills with advanced Excel knowledge
* 5+ years in an administrative assistant role with experience supporting an executive staff in a corporate environment
* Entrepreneurial spirit with excellent project planning, management and coordination abilities
* Positive attitude with a strong aptitude to pick up things/direction quickly and juggle multiple priorities simultaneously
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills are a must
* Solid, stable work history
* Able to commit to a minimum of 2 years and work a 50-hour work week (non-negotiable)
What will you be doing?
Along with 6 other team members -
* Manage personal and business support assisting with very complex calendars and schedules, travel coordination and general operational functions
* Manage vendors and serving point of contact
* Research and develop new ideas and projects
