We are seeking a hard-working, innovative, detail-oriented, and creative team player to join our Aptive team as an Executive Assistant to the CTO. The Executive Assistant will be a right-hand person to the CTO, ensuring optimal productivity and effectiveness in a fast-paced, demanding environment. This individual must be an expert problem solver, capable of independent action, and highly skilled in project management. The position will require an adept communicator with exceptional interpersonal skills, capable of working well with seven direct reports and handling high-level, sensitive information with discretion.
Responsibilities include:
Act as a point of contact between the CTO and internal/external parties
Effectively manage and prioritize the CTOs schedule, emails, and tasks to maximize productivity
Independently resolve complex issues delegated by the CTO
Collaborate with seven direct reports to facilitate smooth workflow
Develop and oversee the execution of offsite training programs and events for the development department
Manage the CTOs expense reports, ensuring accuracy and timely submission
Conduct research, prepare reports, and provide data-driven recommendations for projects and initiatives
Execute ad hoc assignments as required
Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree in Business Administration or related field; advanced degree a plus
Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably in a technology-based environment
Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills
High proficiency in office software, including Google Suite and project management tools
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to think critically and act independently
Exceptional problem-solving abilities
Creative, energetic, passionate, loyal, smart, quick, and witty
Strong interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence
