We are seeking an Administrative Assistant for a top-ranking Real Estate Team. With your support, the agent will be able to focus more on selling real estate and less on daily administrative tasks. The successful candidate will have a multifaceted role, combining various responsibilities to support a busy real estate agent in all aspects of their business. Salary Range: $50000.00 - $65000.00 per year

Responsibilities

• Calendar management
• Familiar with several programs, Outlook, Brokermint, Slack, Follow-Up Boss
• Answering phones, screening, and forwarding calls
• Receiving and sorting mail
• Scheduling appointments
• Electronic database management
• Ordering supplies

• Great written and verbal skills
• Prior experience in the real estate industry or related customer service field
• Knowledge of Outlook, ZipForms, and DocuSign
• Knowledge of Marketing is a definite plus
