Jamison Professional Services, Inc. (“Jamison”) is currently seeking a qualified and motivated candidate for the position of Executive Assistant.
JOB TITLE: Executive Assistant – Remote

OVERVIEW:
This position shall independently provide executive assistance services to support the President’s Committee on the Arts and the Humanities as it prepares for committee meetings and related events.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide executive assistance services at a Senior Executive Assistant level to support PCAH through a variety of tasks. Primarily support PCAH’s Executive Director, with additional support to other PCAH team members. The Executive Assistant will support through tasks such as scheduling meetings on behalf of the Executive Director and other PCAH team members, scheduling committee meetings, and interfacing with committee members and high-profile stakeholders.
- The Executive Assistant will also address questions and requests via phone and email; carry out administrative duties such as organizing files; creating agendas; notetaking in meetings; and preparing meeting briefings, reports, correspondence, and materials for the Executive Director.
- The Executive Assistant will also be responsible for arranging travel regularly within the agency’s CWTSato E2 Travel System on behalf of the Executive Director and, on occasion, Committee members. The Contractor personnel shall demonstrate experience arranging travel using a similar travel system.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must have 5 years' experience as an executive assistant working for an Executive Director(s) and with high-profile contacts, such as elected and appointed officials, artists, celebrities, and their teams.
- Candidate must have demonstrated proficiency in executive support with a strong ability to plan, organize, and prioritize work assignments, along with working independently.
- Should have excellent proficiency in written and spoken English and Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Outlook, along with scheduling virtual meetings on Microsoft Teams and Zoom.
- Shall demonstrate a high-level of professionalism in all scenarios.
- Attention to detail. Ability to maintain appropriate professional demeanor when dealing with staff and customers.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Experience in the federal government and arts and/or humanities sector is preferred.

Remote
ANTICIPATED DUTY HOURS:
Monday through Friday, excluding holidays, from 8:30 a.m. until 5:00 p.m., Eastern Time.
