WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
- Reporting to the CFO, provide administrative support for onsite C-suite team to include, but not limited to, CFO, CHRO, and CLO
- Partner closely with, and serve as administrative back-up for, Sr. Executive Assistant (SEA) to the CEO
- Assist SEA with Board and Executive meeting related tasks such as, scheduling, logistics, catering, and materials creation/distribution
- Organize and coordinate in-person and virtual events such as team-building activities, staff meetings, and business engagements, as requested by leadership
- Proactively manage high-volume calendars, anticipate conflicts, and coordinate rescheduling
- Make complex international and domestic travel arrangements for multiple people or groups via Concur
- Complete and reconcile expense reports for multiple people or groups via Concur
- Maintain executive office environment to include supply stock, conference rooms, storage areas, and break areas
- Create, review, and refine PowerPoint presentations, Word Documents, Excel worksheets, and SharePoint sites
- Manage digital and physical records, files, and filing systems
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
- This position is designated onsite Monday – Friday from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM and may require flexibility outside of regular hours during high-activity periods
- Requires a high school diploma (bachelor’s degree is a plus) and 5 years of similar work experience
- Consummate professionalism, often exercising confidentiality and discretion
- Advanced experience with MS Office Suite, particularly Outlook
- Excellent customer-service skills, proactively anticipating and meeting needs
- Strong written, verbal, presentation, and communication skills
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work with all levels of management
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as required

The salary range for this position is approximately $75k - $85k and will be based on the candidate’s qualification, experience, and education.
