Position Overview:
The Executive Administrative Assistant will support the CEO and Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO). Provides multi-faceted administrative support and assistance to ensure effective use of the executive's time and productive interactions with staff and the public. Handles a wide range of administrative and support tasks and independently initiates and implements processes to manage projects, information, and people.
- Manage and coordinate the schedules of the CEO and CHRO, including arranging meetings, appointments, and travel logistics.
- Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, minutes, and follow-up items to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Serve as a liaison between the executive team and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring timely and accurate communication.
- Assist in the preparation of presentations, reports, and other documentation as required.
- Handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality and professionalism.
- Support HR initiatives by coordinating recruitment processes, onboarding, and employee engagement activities.
- Maintain organized filing systems and manage office supplies and resources.
- Perform general administrative tasks, including data entry and office management duties
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in an administrative support role, preferably in an executive or HR capacity.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and HR software tools.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- High level of integrity and attention to detail.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or technical industry is a plus.
