The Operational Services Division is looking for an Executive Assistant to join our team. The Operational Services team includes various teams responsible for the overall business operations, such as the in-person customer experience of our offices, provider travel, housing, and medical credentialing. The Executive Assistant will report to a VP on the Operational Services Team and will support key leaders across the organization to implement programs and projects as well as support the team and their administrative needs such as scheduling meetings, managing calendars and other duties as assigned. This team member is an integral part of the team and will require strong relationships across several teams to ensure quality in everything that we do to support our customers.
Responsibilities:
Complete a broad variety of administrative tasks to support the Operational Services Division and sub teams within, which includes travel & housing and the Real Estate & Workplace Team. This includes:
- Assisting with special projects, producing, and maintaining complex documents, reporting against goals and creating presentations, and calendar management for division leaders and various projects
- Provide end to end administration of invoices, payments, payables, and budget tracking for projects
- Manages project meeting minutes and documentation
- Supports management of monthly rent payments, annual reconciliation, and lease contracts documentation
- Reconciles monthly operating expense charges on company purchasing cards through workday
- Supports and prepares monthly capital expenditure reports for budget and labor
- Overall team support by assisting in planning and organizing leadership and department events, committees, and booking travel as needed
Qualifications:
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Demonstrate a sense of urgency with attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Self-motivated with excellent problem-solving skills
Education and Years of Experience:
- 3-5 years of executive administrative support or relevant experience
Preferred:
- Experience in financial management and reporting
- Ability to synthesize information into clear and concise presentations or statement documents
We believe in fair compensation for all of our people, which is why our pay structure takes into account the cost of labor across U.S. geographic markets. For this position, we offer a pay range of $51,700 -- $125,300 annually, with pay varying depending on work location and job-related factors such as knowledge, position level and experience. CHG Healthcare offers starting salaries for sales positions in the form of total target compensation (TTC = base + commission + bonus), which includes base pay, commission, and bonuses. Sales positions receive short-term incentives through commission plans and bonuses. On the other hand, non-sales positions have starting salaries that consist of a base salary and short-term incentives through various bonus plans, which are paid out monthly, quarterly, or annually.
