Hachman Construction, a leader in luxury home remodels, is seeking an Executive Assistant to support our leadership team and assist in day-to-day office operations. You will play an essential role in ensuring that our office runs smoothly, and contributing to the success of high-profile residential projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and prioritize CEO's email inbox, ensuring prompt responses and efficient communication.
• Handle special projects from inception to completion, ensuring timelines are met and objectives achieved.
• Provide general administrative support to keep operations running smoothly.
• Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of CEO.
• Anticipate needs and take initiative in solving challenges and managing tasks.
• Maintain and organize company files, contracts, and project documentation to ensure efficiency and compliance.
• Ensure all insurance policies are kept up to date and claims are filed properly and vehicle registrations are done in a timely manner.
• Handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism, ensuring a smooth flow of communication across departments.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in an administrative role, with a preference for candidates.
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
• Proficiency in office management software, Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact effectively with high-end clients, vendors, and the internal team.
• Experience in coordinating and managing multiple administrative tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous experience supporting an executive or similar role is a plus.
