Role reports to: Global of Essential Health
Location: Skillman, NJ Kenvue's corporate headquarters is currently located in Skillman NJ , but is scheduled to move to Summit, NJ in or around early 2025.
Travel %: 10%, primarily North America
Pay : $62,895 - $101,369.63
What you will do
As Executive Administrative Assistant (EA), you will provide exceptional administrative and support functions to the three Vice
Presidents and their teams, relating to all aspects of the business including information of a highly sensitive and confidential
nature. The EA will resolve issues proactively through relevant processes and procedures as well as liaise with all business levels
across internal and external organizations.
Key Responsibilities
- Support Vice Presidents in a gatekeeper role
- Manage calendars for the Vice Presidents: prioritize and manage a complex schedule of commitments, ensuring the
calendar is always fully maintained and accurate - Proactively notify of schedule changes, ensuring consideration for any personal commitments or travel schedules
- Organize travel for the Vice Presidents and other key team members, including guest arrangements
- Complete monthly expense reports for the Vice Presidents and key team members
- Organize regional and global team meetings, conferences, etc.
- Organize Town Halls and Webinars
- Maintain accurate distribution lists
- Support in the setup of communication material (meeting minutes, business presentations, newsletters, announcements)
- Support organization and maintenance of Sharepoint sites and MS Teams and included materials
- Prepare and follow-up on Purchase Orders
- Provide general support and back-up
- Perform other related duties as required.
What We Are Looking For
Required Qualifications
- A High School Graduate
- 6 years' experience as an Executive Administrative Assistant.
- Previous experience in an international / global environment managing across timezones.
- Advanced computer skills, especially in Excel and PowerPoint as well as general grasp of IT systems (in-house systems such as Concur, eMarketplace/Ariba, time tracking tools.)
- Outstanding project management and follow up skills.
- Proactive approach to prioritize and anticipate potential conflicts.
- Ability to work in a diverse team environment.
- Flexible and organized.
- Proactive in ideas, changes, and improvements in support.
- Self-starter, curious, high degree of attention to detail, ability to work under pressure.
- Discretion; ability to work with confidential and sensitive data.
- Excellent office management and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent written and spoken English.
- Good listening skills and ability to pragmatically resolve issues.
