Executive Assistant to the CEO - DJC Law, PLLC

We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support our CEO in managing the firm’s operations and enhancing our strategic initiatives.

Job Summary:

The Executive Assistant will serve as a key partner to the CEO, providing comprehensive administrative support and contributing to the efficiency of our operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. A background in legal services or experience in a similar role is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administrative Support: Manage the CEO's calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements. Prepare and organize materials for meetings and presentations.
• Communication: Serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external communications. Draft and edit correspondence, reports, and other documents on behalf of the CEO.
• Project Management: Assist in the planning and execution of various projects, ensuring timelines are met and objectives are achieved. Track project progress and provide updates to the CEO.
• Research and Analysis: Conduct research on legal topics, industry trends, and competitor activities to provide insights that support the CEO’s decision-making.
• Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as an executive assistant, preferably in a legal or professional services environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiar with legal management software.
• Exceptional organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• High level of professionalism and integrity.
