Introduction:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support our dynamic CEO. This role is suited for someone with a strong background in finance and accounting, who thrives in fast-paced environments and is capable of handling multiple tasks with high precision. The ideal candidate should be adaptable, proactive, and able to work effectively with decisive personalities. Here's what you'll do day-to-day:

• Financial Management:
  • Assist in the reconciliation of financial statements and manage accounting duties with a high level of accuracy.
  • Prepare financial reports and presentations for the CEO's review.
• Administrative Support:
  • Manage and maintain the CEO's calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Monitor and manage communications including emails and phone calls, ensuring prompt and accurate responses.
• Travel Coordination:
  • Arrange domestic and international travel plans, including itineraries, lodging, and transportation.
• Meeting and Event Coordination:
  • Coordinate logistics for internal and external meetings and events, including venue selection, equipment setup, and catering.
  • Prepare materials for briefings and presentations, ensuring the CEO is well-prepared for all engagements.
• Documentation and Reporting:
  • Maintain confidential records and files in an organized and accessible manner.
  • Assist in the preparation and documentation of business procedures and reports.

• Required Qualifications
• Proven experience in financial management or accounting experience.
• Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel, and experience with financial management software.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate clearly and concisely.
• Flexibility with work hours and open to travel as needed.
