Job Details
We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Executive Assistant to support our busy executive team at our tech services firm. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administrative support, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the executive team, including scheduling meetings and appointments, managing emails and correspondence, and maintaining files and documents
- Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries, and prepare expense reports
- Act as a liaison between the executive team and other departments within the company
- Provide support for company events and meetings
- Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain a high level of professionalism at all times
- Assist in special projects as needed, including research and data analysis
- Monitor and manage the executive team's calendars and ensure that deadlines are met
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 3-5 years of experience as an administrative assistant or executive assistant, preferably in a technology-focused industry
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Suite
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
- Professional demeanor and ability to maintain confidentiality
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- A proven ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Willingness to be on-call occasionally to accommodate the needs of the executive team
