The City of Appleton is seeking a full-time Executive Assistant to the Mayor.
The Executive Assistant to the Mayor serves an integral role in achieving the City of Appleton’s mission of meeting the needs of our community and enhancing the quality of life. They work collaboratively with the Mayor, Mayor’s Office staff, and internal leadership team to foster a local government that informs its citizens and encourages active and positive participation in support of the community. They exercise initiative and independent judgement while overseeing the day-to-day operations within the Office of the Mayor, performing a variety of administrative duties, and providing efficient, responsive service to our customers.

Qualifications
This position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, three to five years confidential administrative experience, or a combination of applicable experience and training.
Salary
The hiring salary range for this position is $25.58 - $31.71 hourly.
