Job Title:Executive Assistant to the Program Director
Reports To:Program Director
Work Hours:28hours/week; office hours are M-F 8am-5pm, schedule Monday-Thursday 9am-5pm
Supervisory Responsibility:None
Hourly Pay:$21.69-$27.40

SUMMARY:
The Executive Assistantto the Program Director provides general administrative support to the Read Better Be Better office teamusing processes focused on the logistical aspect of running an office efficiently and strategically.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage and maintain Program Director's schedule and appointments.
- Scan receipts and enter intoQuickbooks.
- Plan, organize, and implement internal and external meetings and special events. This includes managing space reservations, setting up and operating technology, and preparing and circulating relevant materials.
- Prepare reports, presentation, and data for Program Director as needed
- Manage school and district stewardship.
- Compile, verify, and regularly update the Program Director's contacts and relevant contact lists to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
- Monitor, screen, and distribute incoming communications.
- Prepare and edit correspondence and communications such as phones, email, and mail.
- Handle confidential information and maintain confidentiality.

PREFERRED SKILLS/ATTRIBUTES
Prior experience with/knowledge of:
- Salesforce
- Quickbooks Online (QBO)
REQUIRED EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3 to 4 years administration experience
PREFERRED EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
- One year of relevant professional experience preferred
WORK ENVIRONMENT
This is an in-person position,operatingin a professional office environment.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
- Ability toremain in a stationary position for extended periods of time.
- Ability to move material carts up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to operate standard office equipment.
