Executive Assistant/Translator (Mandarin Fluent) - Snail Games USA

About Us:Snail Games USA is a leader in the gaming and entertainment industry, known for creating immersive gaming experiences with a global reach. We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and bilingual (Mandarin/English) Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to our CEO and act as a translator in key business dealings.

Position Summary:The Executive Assistant/Translator will work closely with the CEO to manage daily administrative tasks and translate communications, documents, and meetings between English and Mandarin. This role requires exceptional multitasking abilities, a proactive approach, and strong cross-cultural communication skills. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting C-level executives and be comfortable with occasional travel to support the CEO's business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive administrative support to the CEO, including calendar management, scheduling meetings, and arranging travel itineraries.
• Act as a translator during meetings, conference calls, and written communications between Mandarin and English.
• Prepare and translate documents, presentations, and reports accurately and efficiently.
• Serve as a liaison between the CEO and internal teams, clients, and partners, ensuring smooth communication and execution of tasks.
• Coordinate special projects and events as assigned, including travel and logistics.
• Manage confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
• Assist in the preparation of meeting agendas, take meeting minutes, and follow up on action items.
• Conduct research and provide detailed reports as requested by the CEO.
• Handle personal administrative tasks for the CEO as needed.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Translation & Interpretation/Linguistics/Modern Languages/Communications/International Relations and Business Administration Required.
• 3+ years of experience in a similar Executive Assistant role, preferably supporting C-level executives.
• Prior translation experience in a professional setting is highly desired.
• Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management tools.
• Willingness to travel on short notice.

Required Qualifications: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Translation & Interpretation/Linguistics/Modern Languages/Communications/International Relations and Business Administration Required.
• Bilingual fluency in both Mandarin and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills in both languages.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in the gaming or entertainment industry is a plus.
• Familiarity with cross-cultural business practices between the U.S. and China.

Salary Range: $60,000 to $90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
