One of our clients is seeking Administrative Assistant in the Philadelphia, PA area.

CLIENT'S AVAILABLE HOURS
Monday through Friday, Part Time (11a-6p)

SUMMARY OF CLIENT'S DESCRIPTION OF THIS OPPORTUNITY
*Answer Calls
*Transfer calls
*Greet visitors
*File Documents
*Operate office equipment ( xerox, fax, computer, etc.)

CLIENT'S REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
*HS Diploma/Some college
*Front desk experience required
*Ability to complete and pass clearances: FBI, Child Abuse, PA State Background Check, & Act 126.
*Provide documentation of: CPR Certification, First Aide Level 2 Certification.
Must be able to produce current medical/health documents including: Physical examination, Tuberculosis (TB) test, Hepatitis B screening.
