- Scheduling appointments
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports and documents
- Provide general administrative support, including filing, data entry, and office management tasks.
- Monitor and manage communication, including emails and phone calls.
- Client file management
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- High level Excel skills
- Ability to work independently
- Customer service skills
- High level of professionalism and discretion in handling confidential information.
