Who are you?
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support our CEO, Board of Directors, and as with every position at Larksfield Place, our residents. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of the executive office and involves a variety of administrative and strategic tasks.
A Day in the Life:
· Administrative Support: Manage the CEO’s calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements. Manage the Community Calendar and onsite meeting room reservations. Provide notary services, order office supplies and employer-branded materials.
· Communication: Serve as the primary point-of-contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders. Maintain resident communication notifications, and meeting preparation.
· Documentation: Prepare reports, minutes, presentations, and correspondence.
· Project Management: Assist in the planning and execution of special projects and events.
· Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion and integrity.
Qualifications:
· Experience: Minimum of 5 years as an administrative assistant or similar role.
· Education: Associate’s degree, preferred.
· License/Certification: Kansas Notary License, preferred.
