Executive Assistant 

Location: Downtown Boston, fully on-site
Compensation: $38+/hour based on experience
Start Date: ASAP

Key Responsibilities:

• Calendar & Travel Coordination: Proactively manage complex scheduling needs, coordinate domestic and international travel, and keep detailed itineraries

• Email Management: Facilitate and prioritize communications, managing responses on behalf of executives as needed

• CRM Maintenance: Ensure client and prospect data are accurately updated and managed in Salesforce

• Expense Reporting: Submit timely and accurate expense reports

• Project Support: Assist with ad hoc projects across CRM, Business Development, Marketing, or HR/events as needed

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

• Extensive prior experience in supporting executive leadership

• Proven expertise in managing dynamic schedules and complex travel arrangements

• Financial Services experience
